Most orders arrive duty and tax free, however you may be subject to import duties and taxes once a shipment reaches your country.
International orders must be shipped to the cardholders address.

Ships via FedEx, UPS, or DHL. Costs for this luxury shipping option are limited.

Return Policy
FREE Returns in USA except body oils and skincare items.

If you find you are unhappy with a product purchase, please return it within 30 days after sale date and we will be happy to offer a full refund or exchange. All returned products must be in their original, unopened and unused condition. Also note that we are unable to offer refund, replacement or exchange on any opened or used goods.

Please note, we do not accept returns for body oils and skincare items due to health reasons, please make your selections carefully.

We will process your returns as quickly as possible and will notify you via email after the refund, replacement or exchange is processed. If you have a shipping or billing address change, please notify the Perfume And Cologne Company prior to any replacements or exchanges. If no address change is necessary, all exchanges/replacements will be sent to the address on file.

Please allow a maximum of 14 business days for your refund, replacement or exchange to be processed. Thereafter, your payment will be refunded by Perfume And Cologne Company as soon as possible by the original payment method, no later than 30 days after processing. Please note that delivery charges are not refundable.

Shipping cost is non-refundable for undelivered, unclaimed, Returned, and Refused packages, unless we made an error.

Sales Tax Information
State laws require that we charge applicable sales tax on orders shipped to addresses in the state of New York only. All orders outside of New York will not be charged.

Payment Options

(b) We also accept payments by mail including personal checks, company checks, and money orders. If you are placing an order and prefer to mail a payment, please choose the "Mail in check or money order" option at checkout. You will receive an order number. Waiting List
Many of fragrances are discontinued or hard to find. If you see a product in our store that is out of stock, simply check off the "Add" box next to the out of stock item and click "Email when available". You will be promted for your email address. We will notify you by email when the item returns to stock.

Damage Claims
In the unlikely event that order arrives damaged, please email us immediately so we can notify USPS and file a damage claim. Please keep all packaging materials for five business days after notifying us and a replacement will be sent to you.

Cancellations
Sometime product will be suddenly out of stock. We need to VOIDE your order. There will be cancel option appears next to your order in your order history section.
