We will refund the purchase price of the Product (except Perfume oils) after deducting the shipping charges plus other expenses that we had maid for this transaction.
Please do not order bigger size of Perfume oils, if you do not know the smell of Perfume oil. Because you can not return Perfume oil. Perfume oil comes in large container and we make it as your demand.
Prior to return an item:
1st, Email to us. We will inform you about our return process.
2nd, Returns must be sent prepaid and insured for full value by a trackable carrier.
Please note the refund will be made by the same method used to pay for the order. In any reason to refund any amount of payment after 30 days of your original transaction, We can only "Send money" through Paypal using your Email address.
